I'm going crazy in this apartment. My twin grandsons keep my wife and I busy. Very little time for MD'ing. Something has got to give.
I got out for a short hunt and a crazy next door neighbor followed me around asking a bunch of questions. She wanted me to answer every question and I told her I couldn't hear her because my headphones were on. She told me to take them off.
She also wanted me to find two Elvis dolls that her kids lost when they were little. I asked what they were made of. She said plastic!!
After she left, I started finding things. these are the wheat finds. 1917, 1918, 1956 and 1957.

This was a strange coin. I thought it was a 2 cent. All I could see was the #2 and the date:1897. The other side was encased in a concrete like substance. When I got home it was the wrong date for a US. two cent. I went to a world coin site and found out it was a Austrian two Heller.

There is no writing on the coin. It is still under going cleaning.

I also found this, but it is too large to put with the rest of the stuff. I think it is a lid to something. It has images of men on each side. Look hard and you can see the one in the center.

This was on the inside. I think it says silver plate. It hit on high silver, but I think it is mainly copper. Can't read much more.
