Frequency domain signal processing for PI detector?

Has any one tried frequency domain signal processing of the PI MD's rx signal viz. FFT, Wavelet or any other type of signal processing, including pulse to pulse comparison / averaging etc.?

I'll be grateful if the details can be provided.
