General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

This is a fresh trade in and in good, well used condition. The control box is scuffed and the screen has some scratches but it works fine. It has an 8" coil with a long cable and a coil cover. It also comes with a pair of well used Fisher Headphones and the instruction manual. I am asking $299.00 shipped. I can take a credit/debit card by phone, PayPal, check, or money order as payment.

Indian Nations Detectors
 
Jerry noticed that all 4 knobs are cracked so I reversed his card charges. The knobs do work fine and feel tight but I do understand his concern and I will include 4 more knobs with this detector. I didn't notice the cracks and I spoke to the original owner, one of our club members yesterday who said that he never noticed them either. Close up photos will show more than just the dirt, dust, scratches, and scuffs. That is why I take and post them. Jerry has a good eye for detail. I was just looking at the big picture for posting. I had to check it out with a magnifying glass in some light. I will be inspecting all of my trade ins a whole lot closer before accepting and posting them.

The knobs are secure on the detector I pulled and twisted on all of them. I think these original knobs will last for years if they are not abused but I should have more knobs soon that will be included with the detector. I picked up the Lost Treasure Review of the CZ-5 from when the detector first came out and the Fisher Summer Catalog from the original owner yesterday that I will send with the detector too. His sister-in-law won it new at a hunt and he bought it off of her.
