General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Selling the Garrett 2500 to fund a new purchase...The machine is a 8.5 out of 10. it has some scuffs on coils, the 12" Scorcher looks like some glue of some kind was spilled on it...I cleaned it up as best I could, but some staining remains on top of coil (does not affect performance). Comes with stock 9.5 Imaging coil, 5x10DD/Non-Imaging, 12" Scorcher/Non-imaging, and 12" Imaging coils. Also included is the original manual, 2 New Garrett Coin Pouches, New Garrett Finds pouch, 2 Lower rods, hardware on each coil. Garrett Large foam padded carry bag, Garrett gun style bag, 2 extra sets of battery holders. Screen is clean (has screen protector film on it). This is one of the original units with Treasure Talk.
Asking $700 for entire package shipped Continental USA...I can accept Postal Money Orders ONLY...PM me for more details. This is a great relic machine, and a deep coin hunter...It is just a tad too heavy for my tastes.

After further consideration...I would be willing to trade this for a White's M6 with 950 coil and carry bag, A Fisher F5 with 10" or 11" and 5" DD coils and carry bag, or a Tesoro Outlaw package with the 3 coils and carry bag...
