For sale is my Minelab Explorer SE in good operating condition. Comes with the 12x10 Detech SEF Butterfly Coil, the stock 10 inch slimline coil, Minelab Detector Bag, AA Battery Pack with Energizer AA rechargeable battery system, and owners manual. Batteries charge in less than 30 minutes in batches of four at a time; approx 1 hour to charge all eight batteries!!! This has worked extremely well vs the stock Minelab rechargeable pack which I no longer have. I will however include the Minelab wall charger adapter if you have your own Minelab battery pack for this. The Energizer charger has a 120v wall plug adapter and an automobile accessory adapter so you can recharge in the field as well.
The detector has some cosmetic wear including a scratch in the screen and worn lettering "Explorer SE" on the sides due to some aggressive cleaning with a scrunge which was noticed after the soap was washed off; oops. There is no damage to the plastic housing or black finish at all however. The foam grip has been replaced with athletic tape as the foam grip had a tear in it. the arm cuff is the original factory issue with the adjustable strap, etc. Both coils have coil covers and show little signs of wear.
Nothing is broken on this detector and it works just fine. The reason I am selling this is that I have decided to hang it up for a while and purchase a Taylor acoustic guitar to occupy me during the winter. I will be looking to purchase a new CTX in the spring so I have all winter to save up for this.
The pro-pointer was new this year and has very little wear.
