General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

FS. Vintage Minelab SD 2000 gold machine

Hi, I have a Minelab SD 2000 gold nugget shooting metal detector that I traded some gold jewelry for a few years ago. I have used it and it seems to work fine but I am tired of finding bullets, and not much gold nuggets in Idaho anyway. It has the original mono loop coil. When I got it I replaced the lower coil attachment point with a new one, but the lower carbon fiber rod was cracked. I work with composites professionally, so I used carbon fiber and epoxy to repair the lower rod to stronger than new condition. I used a nylon bolt to retain the end. I bought a brand new battery, coiled cable, and wall charger because the originals were missing. So, I am selling basically to cover what I paid for the battery and charging accessories. Cosmetically this machine is about a 5/10, paint is faded and chipped, coil has some kind of small piece of cloth glued to the bottom, 2 of the knobs have the little end caps missing, padded cuff is long gone, but I found lots of bullets with it so I know it works well. I am asking $250 shipped to lower 48. I can email pictures, but I can't seem to put any in this post :confused: Please message me for pictures or phone call, thanks.
