G-2 plus

Been looking for a faster Recovery machine to hunt a really nail infested area that my Etrac struggles with!
Been trying to find out positive info on the G2 Plus but have heard there could be a few issue's with it at this time
that need a little work. Would really like to have the adjustable tone break for this area or at least another option!
Any thought's out there!

Does the F=19 have the variable tone break?

There are no issues with g2+ that I'm aware of. It's a F19 on better rod and bigger coil.

I like the better rod design, like my old F-75...very good balance...I like the Teknetic's name better
to...lol...I guess that come from me hating my old 1260-X and Loving my old Mark-1...

As a side note..... The G2+ comes with the larger stock coil, as the F19 comes with the smaller coil.

The Larger coil probably not going to do very good in a bed of nails

There is the 5 inch hockey puck coil though.

don't care for the over-size standard coil for trashier places, which is where these "Relic Hunting" models are often put-to-the-test. The 5X10 DD, like on the F-19, is an OK general-purpose coil, and the round 5" DD is better for the trashier conditions.
