G2+ s-rod HELP

The locking collar on the s-rod broke. Anyone know if you can purchase a replacement or have to send in for repair?

just from searching looks like they sell everything but that, you might have to send in or maybe give them a call.

I went ahead and emailed FT. I’m guessing will have to send in.

The upper collar on my F19 would wobble, which gets on my nerves. I added a little bit of tape around shaft. If you have shaft wobble, you may over tighten and break collar.

I reached out to FT and they sent me two new locking collars. Easy to put on and now I'm more careful when tightening.
