Worked the shore of an old outdated beach today. No silver coins, but two nice gold rings. They both read in the coin (penny) range. They were about 3 inches down in the rocky sand. You should always dig those pennies! <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="">. Also found a 3 ringer. I had it ID'd as a bullet from a powder Buffalo gun, late 1800's.
