Garrett Ace 250 for sale plus extras

Coinguy56

New member
I have an Ace 250 for sale, only used for 3 hours total. The sale includes the detector, coil protector, carry case, how-to-use dvd and instruction booklet. Bought new on Garrett's website in October this year. The coil protector has some scratches but it doesn't affect the depth or function of the detector.
I would like to get or come close to $220 for all, I know the detector retails for $212.99 but it doesn't come with a carry case and coil cover. I am located in Georgia
Pics apon request,

WHAT?! You think I am going to leave the hobby?!:heh: I'm buying a Minelab X Terra 705 which is a ton better than the Ace 250, just got a little tired of it, :yikes:.
Just selling my Ace since if I were to keep it, it would just collect dust in my closet and no one uses metal detectors around here but me

have you considered a step up to the GTP 1350,, I found it a great step up from my ace 250,, very simple and very powerful,, has double the discrimination, of the ace, has target sizing, is still a good weight for me,it has salt mode ,back light, adjustable frequencies for detecting near your buddies,it has auto ground balance, volume control, multi tone levels and heaps of other extras,, it does not have a prospecting mode where the 705 does but some say it is a bit of a dodgy gimmick , not sure on that bit though,,I think that the 1350 is also a bit cheaper then the 705,, I also was thinking about the 705 before I bought the 1350, but at this stage I am very glad that I stuck with a Garrett,

cheers Roger

No man sorry, I have already chosen the Minelab X Terra 705. But the GarrettGTP 1350 was the first detector I looked at before seeing that I didn't really like the control box. I saw the manual for the 705 and I was blown away, this detector has so many controls and features it makes the Ace 250 look like a detector you can buy at Walmart

:minelab: beats :pulltab:
