Garrett GTI 2500 on the way ...

Willee - Texas

Well-known member
I have always been a Minelab, Fisher, Tesoro kinda guy but have decided to try a Garrett's detector.
Got a GTI 2500 on the way and plan to try it out on the beaches around Corpus Christi this summer.
Might even give it a shot at Corpus Christi Lake while the level is low.
Looking forward to see how it stacks up against detectors I have used in the past ...
Explorer II - Sovereign - CZ-5 - Coin$trike - Shadow X2 - White's BeachHunter ID - Spectra V3 ...
to name a few.

So many detectors ... so little time.

You won't be disappointed. That GTI 2500 is a wonderful creation. All of the machines that you mention are great, but you will indeed be quite impressed by the GTI 2500. Feel free to ask for advice at anytime. Best of luck to ya'. Happy Hunting!:)

Because I wanted to try one ... Got it for a good price ... Had extra money burning a hole n my pocket ... Needed another detector just in case ...
John, the reasons are many and some, I admit, ar a bit lame, however I enjoy the hobby and if I get the urge, I can sell or trade it.

Why do you ask, John?
