Garrett Scorpion Gold Stinger Hunts Water Today :surprised:

Thought I would try something different today.....I split my water hunting day up using my Scorpion Stinger and my Infinium. I hunted the first 4 hours using the Scorpion Stinger. I carefully hunted the shallow water, up to about 8 inches from the box. The lake was calm, and I started early, so few people came by to make waves. Usually, there are many signals at the waters edge, and the Infinium being a PI, bangs on all of them. So....to save time digging, I ran the Scorpion discrimination at the factory suggested default. I hunted in true all metal mode, and when I got a signal, I just switched over to disc mode. If I still had a signal there, I dug it. If not, I just carried on hunting. The Scorpion Stinger actually got more coins then the Infinium, but then again, there are many more hits at the shallow water. The Infinium got the rings, the earrings and most of the junk.

Below is a pick of the rings, after an ultrasonic bath and polish.

Nice finds John.
