not sure why yours stop,but all broadband isn't created equal. If it stops it means either your computer is using too many resources,isn't fast enough,or your computer needs to be defragged or cleaned up. The broadband speed is 500k and quite a few dsl only connects at 350k. I would suggest you try the dialup version and if that stops on you,then you have computer issues.
