Hello John,
I just sold my Garrett Sea Hunter 2 last month. It ws a very nice unit fitted with the small 8 inch coil. However! I am used to the larger size coils ranging from 10 inches up to 11 inches. I don't know which unit you own or plan on getting. But, as long as it is not one of the older units, you will find most of the current Garrett Pulse units a joy to use.
