I purchased a set of Gray Ghost underwater headphones last June for my CTX3030. When I went to use them last week, they would not work. I mailed them back to Detector Pro last Tuesday (5/21).I called and talked to Gary this morning and explained to him that I would need them in about a week for a trip I had planned to the Beach. He said that he would turn them around the same day he receives them. I called this afternoon and they were received today (5/24), repaired and ready to go out this afternoon. I upgraded to 2nd Day Air and should get them next Tuesday. Now that's service other companies could learn from. A very big "Thank You" to Gary at Detector Pro.
