has anyone had the foam\rubber grip on the quattro rip? i have about 1" left thats holding it together, are there replacements & if so how would it go onto the shaft without taking the whole thing apart ?

Simple fix that looks and feels good and lasts ! Go to any large sporting goods store and buy some Tennis or Golf grip tape . You can get it in any style color etc to fit your needs . Two of my buddies had the same problem and they replaced them with leather foam grip tape which are made for Tennis or Golf handles and it looks and feels great . :usaflag::biggrin:
