Girl Scout Pin and Unknown button

I was hunting at a church that has not been detected at before by anyone. My brother has found some decent finds there already, but we come up with the most random finds. He found an early 1920s silver ring and a 2 pfennige German coin from 1865.

I found a girl scout pin but I was unsure of how to date it.

I also found a button of some kind that I have no clue of.

Any ideas on these 2 finds?
