going down to 9" coil

I have been using my Deus for 3 years with the 11" coil only. Decided i wanted to get another coil in case my battery takes a dump. Can any one tell me how my settings might have to be adjusted to suit the 9". like jack some things up or turn them down, something like that. Just what to expect differently than running the 11". Thanks!

after 3 years with the 11" coil i tried the 9". i love it. the 11 hasn't been on since. i can't tell you definitly what i changed tho. just start tweaking settings in your regular program and see what works. the 9 seems more stable, more controllable. you run it a little hotter... higher sens for one thing. even if you don't do much changing you will find that it just works better. sorry i couldn't be more helpful but have fun with it.

I treaded my 11" for a 9" and glad I did. It found it will do a little better in trash, and I can trun it up a little more. It only get's about 1" less depth than the 11" in air test, but can't tell it in the field. I still get 25c at 9" or 9.5" depth. Don't think I got anything over that with the 11". I like the 9" better than the 11" I think. Good luck trying to find out, just do a tread for a while, if you don't like it do a tread back. Lots of people like to trade.
