Going for the gold

A group of fine folks got together for an outing up at Libby Creek here in MT. There were 5 home made trommels and 3 highbankers doing the days work. Had some small equipment doing the cleaning, digging and then hauling thedirt to the guys doing the shoveling.
Was great to get out.
All I did was about 2 hour of detecting and scored a 5.3 gramer.
enjoy and HAGD

Looks like a fantastic outing, club or just buds?? Is that the turkey foot nugget?? Those trommels look rather similiar, any particular brand or local mfg??Thanks for the great pics-Tons a au 2 u 2-John

The green trommels are home made. One guy made one and brought it to the club and it worked good so the club paid him to make one and then another guy also made one.
They are made of 30 gal. barrels. The grey one is also homemade.
