Here's the sunrise as I pulled out this morning - a cold 40 degrees :)

After about 4 hours of digging school fields & such I ended up with 49 coins, 1 gold, 1 silver & a bunch of neat jewelry that isn't precious metals.

The ear ring on the far left is stamped 925, the filagree ear ring next to it is 10 K gold and every thing else is not precious metals. Sure got the old heart rate up when I dug the big necklace. And another mood ring to add to my collection. I know some people dig silver or gold ones but I never have in about 15 I have dug. Good hunt, great weather. steve in so az

Nice finds, Steve, and congrats on digging silver and gold! You are already ahead for the year compared to most detectorists on here, as the cold, freezing white stuff prevents many from digging! :) God Bless! Betty

I guess Arizona and Florida are the only two places to detect due to the snow in the rest of the country. :)
