goldscan service and mods

hello guys ,i have posted this on other forums but had no reply.i bought an eric foster goldscan a year ago ,i am not sure if its working properly,it does'nt seem to punch very deep.my deepest targets have only been 6 inches down.
does anyone know where i can get it serviced and a sat mod done to it.its got the ticking threshold at moment that constantly needs re setting.
