Yup, It registered as solid nickel on the 3D. Unfortunately my camera is defunkt for now so it will probably have to be this weekend when they get posted. 09 Has been a steller year thus far. A LC, IH, and now a V! Hopefully my luck continues...HH y'all

I just happen to have a couple of shots to tide us over until yours are posted. Just got this V several days ago myself with my XL Pro. Also read solid nickel on my meter. It was about 3" in from the sidewalk at a 1930's private residence. Condition not tremendous, but everything is clearly legible. Can't wait to see your photos!

I found my one and only V nickle 1900 last year @ a old swimming hole along with a 1921 dime.They were my oldest coins found to date And then found 1803 large cent:angrypoor condition thou) last week. Great find WTG!
