Would like to find a different coil to use on it,I bought it back in 1979 at a flea market for $5.00, the lady said it did not work, and there was something lose in side, all it was, was the battery tray with a broken wire.
I used it a little over the years, but has been packed away for the last 11 to 12 years.
I unpacked it last week, put fresh batteries in turned it on, really didn't expect it to work, but it fired off like the last time I used it.
Tyred it in my test garden, and the old machine did very well, it picked up on a dime at 5" and a quarter and copper penny at 6" I figured after all these years I would just keep it in the family.
I guess you would call it sentimental value.
But I would like to get another coil to try on it, it has a 8" on it now.
If any body has one and wants to sale it, please let me know. Thanks and Merry Christmas too all, Bernie
