Got another t-2 today

after tearing my 1-year old one up.(I flipped my 4-wheeler over on it). this caused me to try the f-75 which is a great detector. But I like the simplicity of the t-2 also.

I must say the new t-2's are awesome they give you the newer lower shaft that the f-75 is using which is actually the old fisher lower shafts we've come accustomed to over the years much stronger no problems breaking these.

Also has the newer stronger no flex handle feels great.

And the sensitivity seems to be a little hotter probably due to the coils finally getting tuned up like they want them I notice the coil is sealed much better on this unit my other had seams showing around the bottom and under the tuning cap this one is epoxied so I guess they have just about got this detector perfect.

Just thought I would pass along if you're wanting a t-2 there as good as they come right now.I see no problems.

Ill post my field trials as soon as I get out.

I am on my second T2 as well. Your right the simplicity of it and it's power are just amazing to use I have noticed some design improvements as well. Wonder what the next Teknetics will be like?
