Got my new Fpoint!

And just tricked it out too! I found a roll of this yellow electrical tape on one of my hunts, so that was free, and you really have to tape that battery cap on anyway since it will pop off of there in the field, then, took one of those casino comp card bungee lanyards with a clip on the end, that also was free,( truth be told, I bet it probably set me back a couple of hundred,) and Diggin-it sent me his brand dang new Fpoint, still in the box, WITH a battery in it, and paid the freight!
So now I'm all set...Diggin-it, my man...I'm gonna take care of you on this! Thanks! Sure a fine group of gentlemen here on this Findmall. you know I'll be thinking of this great experience with you all when I deploy this Fpoint from now on...really warms a guys heart, feels like we are hunting buddies even though none of us have met..

(ok, that was a bit corny, but true)

I've only been on here for a few weeks, and there a few guys on here that feel like brothers already! (you know who you are, guys!)

Love coming here, seeing all the finds, learning from everyone, and listening to all the ribbing everyone gives each other! lol

I know! I've got a bunch of these big valuable French coins I think, has some sort of king on them called "Charles Cheese" or something to that effect...I don't know why so many of them are in my hunting grounds, but this area was heavily travelled in the 1700's by French Canadian fur trappers, so I suspect that's the source of them...that and theres a picture of a smiling muskrat on them too, so that all makes sense...maybe I should send them off to get graded and slabbed?
