Was thinking I ordered the LTD but got the Special Edition in instead..... as far as i can tell it's the same as the LTD, came with the 11DD & 5 DD coils and a nice weather cover for the screen and battery compartment.. I was only able to try it for a few mins. in the backyard, but was able to navigate through the settings and Manually ground balance the unit with ease. picked up some very tiny pieces of metal in all metal mode at about 7"- 9" range but they read shallower @ 6" on the screen. Anyway that was a first test run and I liked the results for just the few mins. I was able to run it. I did try out the 3 tone setting and liked the high tone on Nickel targets..... It's gonna be a blast getting to know this detector's many settings and language. It seems like a good one so far anyway.
