Got out and found some nice Silver...........

Found some nice coins. My first find was a 1911 V nickle. My second find was a nice 1845 half dime at about 6 inches. Then 3 or four feet from where I found the half dime I heard a weak repeatable signal. did not sound very good. So I dug it. It turned out to be a Very Very nice, looked to be just dropped seated dime 1877 CC. My first Carson City mint find of anything. That seated dime was down about 10 or 11 inches. I got another signal and down about 8 or 9 inches I found my third LC in two weeks. All though Steve has me beat with all his Large cents. Found 4 wheat cents, 1916,1917,1918, and 1919. Then I found a 1917 Mercury dime. My last find was a flat button you can see in the picture. Was a fantastic day to go Hunting. Hope everyone was able to get out.

It sure must be nice to go out and nail coins that old. It is hard up here in ND, but I managed to get a Shield Nickel dated 1867 on Sunday and I should win first place in the find of the month meeting. WTG and hope you find more very nice coins like that 1877 CC Seated Dime. Awesome condition!!!
