Got a little later start this morning; had a light lingering mist from last nights 1" rain. Woods and turf was a bit wet and muddy when I got started about mid morning, but dug a few targets including the "speedy cousin" of the 3 Barber sisters. The 1945 Mercury dime came right after the key ring full of keys. The pictures don't do the Merc justice. It is a beauty and looks like it was dropped not long after it was minted. Of the clad coins and Memorial cents, 7 of them came from two small pocket spills. 3 coins from one and 4 from another. Since I am on the hunt for the relatives of the Barber sisters, I guess I will set my sights on the lazy one of the family. You know, the one that stays SEATED all the time. Or, aunt Morgan would be nice, too. You all take care. HH jim tn
