I personally don't think it really matters who gets in office, They all tell the American people what they want to hear to get in then they meet with all the pressure from the lobbyists and such...and the higher power corporations choose the direction the country will go in.....Its sad very sad! I feel that we can try what we want...BUT....What is written will happen. God already decided what will happen and when it will happen and how. We are just along for the ride..and to do our best to follow the instructions that he left for us! Just my 2 cents! I hope I don't offend anyone with my opinion?

That was funny, Pete, and I needed to laugh! The Swine flu (flew) When pigs fly...now that is clever! 
And MB, Jesus said to occupy until He returns, so we cannot sit back and do nothing, because that is why our country is in the shape it is in now! Prayers do change things and also letting the Gov't Leaders know what we want them to do for us! Of course, the lobbyists have more money and power than the ordinary citizens and get their way and, yet, the power of prayer can do a lot to move God's heart and turn to good whatever is meant for evil and give us our hearts desires! The love of money is the root of all evil and they who have the gold rule! But remember, when Jesus rules over the new Earth, the evil and greedy rulers won't be there! Amen!
