Greetings from Boston..

Hi Folks; I jjust wanted to clarify that I live in Boston. I hunt beaches during the winter after the ground is frozen and lakes, sometimes, during the warm weather. I mainly search Colonial sites from the 1600's - 1800's which there are a lot of here. I am 52 and have 39 years in the field. I started when I was 13 and I haven't looked back yet.I've detected all over the world and did quite a bit of diving as well. I started with a Radio Shack BFO (Beat Frequency Oscillating) detector good for 4 inches and every pulltab from here to Pluto on a nice day but I was hooked so I didn't care anyway.I know because thats why Boston doesn't have any more pulltabs; I got them all ha ha ha. I've used every type of detector made from the BFO, the very first (TR) Transmit/Recieve to the first Discriminator Class detectors all the way to present. Now I even have grey hair after all that digging.ha ha. I'm now basically retired fter a serious accident where I broke my back and my neck in a fall down 17 stairs.I've been paalyzed 14 times from my chest or neck down and keep getting back up. I still go out digging as much as once or twice a week and can still can keep up with the big boys as well.Satan wasn't counting on a stubborn Irishman.!!! In my case he chose a real beaut. hahaha. The day I die is the day they'll pry a metal detector from my cold, clammy hands.!!1 Anyway I just thought I'd clarify that, I'm stilll always looking for opportunties to go out digging year round anytime so just let me know if you guys are up to go digging OK. Until later; May God Bless You And Yours. PEACE:RONB :detecting:
