Just got my new Garrett catalog and it looks like they're dropping the 550. Going to have to get the other coils I want for it soon then. It was my first Garrett and is a good backup to my 2500.

Wow, I guess I didn't see that coming but I suppose it makes sense with the new ACE and AT!:garrett:
 
Yeah the 550 is a great little detector. Hate to see it go. I remember when I field tested that puppy way back when.
