First...Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Hope everyone's is safe and in the arms of all your family members. There will be more hunts here in Upstate NY this year, but a 9 inch snowfall yesterday is putting a damper on outside swinging. For 2014, my...

- most "valuable" (money-wise) find: 8.2 gram 6mm wide 14K white gold man's ring in the dry sand

- most "historical" find: War of 1912 12th Regiment Infantry pewter button found in Lake Champlain. Donated to 12th Regiment group in VA who conduct War of 1812 re-enactments

- my favorite find (pictured): 1899 Barber dime, AU-Details condition. Found about 5" under a pine tree root in RI.

Yeah! You had a good year and it was fun to follow your hunts! :clapping: Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours as well...who knows? It may warm up in December!:shrug:
