Happy Valentines day greetings from the 1920's

My Mom saved these from when she was a kid. They date from the mid 1920's. I thought you might like to see a few of them as we are all into old things and relics here on the forum (Hi Elson!) hehehehe.

One of these is a little off in todays world, but it was a much simpler time in the 20's.

did not do a darn bit of good to send um cause I got them sent back,It seemed I was always in trouble with somebody---My mother felt the need to discipline me all the time to--So I would get a licking first thing in the morn BEfore I had did anything wrong and when I asked why I got it she would say its for what you are going to do wrong in the afternoon and when you DO IT you will get it again--I usually DID get another whopping later on in the day---I seemed to have a knack for getting in trouble--even the police did not like me around--They even put me in the City Jail when I WAS 7 years old--
