Has anybody tried a Cleanswerp coil on their Outlaw

Rick in Pa

My coil cover broke and I have one ordered. Don't want to use it without the cover. I used it almost exclusively with my Cortes.

I have used one on mine. I found that it didnt go as deep as I would like. It will hit a quarter at about 4" in my normal setting around foil.

The clean sweep coil is definitely for coverage, not great depth, but shines in sports fields and the like.

I find myself using the 10x12 more now. It gets good coverage and will hit better on deeper targets. Its strange to use the CSC and get a faint signal, then ding up a quarter at only 4". I actually like using my csc on my modified compadre for jewelry hunting in lots or newer areas where there isnt much deep.
