I am the chairman of the board of a ministry that has been working for almost 20 + years. We are changing the direction of the ministry due to the age of the founder. (70+years.) We no longer need the property that we have and due to the fact we are not ministering to individuals at this time our offerings and donations are non existant. We have been making the morgage and utilities payments from personal loans to the ministry. We have had the property for sale for over one year. We have reduced the price twice and have split the property to make it more affordable to anyone. We really need it to sell. With the sale of the property we will be able to fund several ministries to get the word of God out. I am asking everyone to join me in praying that the property will sell soon and at a reasonable price. None of the money will go to either I, any member of the board or the founder. Due to being non profit it will have to go to another non profit organization. Thanks for your payers. We urgently need this property to sell. Thanks for standing with me on this.
