Having a rough time today

At noon recieved a call from a nephew that my oldest sister (his mother) has passed away, funeral Saturday/ we were close tight brother sister,hadn't seen her in bout month, shortly later, call from great Niece that my next to oldest sister had been admitted to nursing home in final stages of alzimers, it has taken her very quickly, the doctor said no hope, the end is near, i just returned from visit=terrible, she knows nothing,nobody, can do nothing, just a short while back, couple months, a real go getter, kinda hard to take a couple blows like this in one day, i'm hangin tough, but our family of 8 kids, just down to me now, need a few words for myself i guess, tuff sleddin right now, Thank Y'all

I can't imagine what you're going through but hang in there brother. Seems there's always something that comes along to make the path a little tougher to walk. But on the plus side, it's those really tough times in life that make us stronger.

Lost my mom, sister, and brother all in a row. So I know how a family can go quickly. God Bless you, you are in our prayers.
 
sometimes it feels like everything happens at the same time and one wonders why.

My prayers are going out now. Lean on the Lord. When we are weak, He is strong.

Sherry's Mom has Alzheimer's too and they say there are 2 ways people go with that...quick and easy and others drag on and are nasty. Her Mom is the later of the two.
