By now the C.I.A. or any other "covert" Govt. organization could produce "legal" documentation that he was born with a 2nd head but had it surgically removes 30 years ago and there would be nothing we could do about it. He'll have birth certificates, passports, upper and lower dental impressions and annual passes to Disney World and we won't be able to prove a thing.
