Headphone plug change

I have to change over to a set of strait plug headphones from my Grey ghost headphones. The L plug doesn't stay on place when plugged into my Eurotek pro. When I use the Grey ghosts the plug pops out when it turns. I have to keep holding it in with my thumb when I swing. Any body else have this problem?
