I am MI$$OURI BETTY who posted on the CMD Forum in the past until my Computer decided to roll over and die! :angry: But I purchased a new one and have to learn the Windows Vista...which for this old lady is difficult.............as it is harder for me to remember from one minute to the next. And yet with Jesus I will conquer and overcome with Him! Many called me Ma or Ma Betty....so I used Ma Betty as my new posting name but I am still ME....except the ole gray mare she aint what she used to be many long years ago! I accepted Jesus when young but didn't live the way I should have and then I accepted Him again as my own personal Savior with the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and Glory Hallelaluja how wonderful and joyous it is to know my Lord and Savior, Jesus, personally! Sure makes a big difference in a person's life by living for Him according to His Holy Word!
I am 72-1/2 years young and have red hair with just a small amount of gray....but much lighter in color. It was bright red when growing up! My ex-husband divorced me in 1988 but left the home in 1986 after over 30 years of marriage! It has been a long 20 years or more without much money.....but God takes care of me....Praise His name, Jesus! My health isn 't the greatest because of COPD (hard to breathe without oxygen), osteo-arthritis, flebitis in my right leg and general tiredness...........................but I am still living and serving Jesus. Thank You, Lord!
My brother, Cliff, lives with me since Oct 06 and is a big help with many things and financially! He has more money living with me and so we help each other!
I have made many friends on the CMD Forum and I covet all their prayers. I used to do a lot of detecting but my health prevents me from doing that any more.....I can't stand the hot weather and I tire out too easily. I belonged to the Metal Detecting Club since 1981, but because of bad eyesight and not being able to detect like I once did I quit going to the meetings (I have night-blindness) and to the hunts in 2006.
I really liked detecting but I can't do anything else if I go detecting....so I had give it up and only go very few times a year now!
I used to pray when detecting and walking while spending time in the beautiful sunny days outdoors and now I pray at night before going to sleep! Many times I have fallen asleep before finishing and wake up to finish praying. Satan will put you to sleep if you read the Bible &/or pray which he hates for us to do! Get thee behind me, satan....you old lying devil.
I have 3 grown children, 8 living grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren with one on the way in May! So grandma is slow but she's old.....

Well gotta go and will hopefully post later! Still having some errors and don't know enough to fix them but I'll keep on keepin' on trying and living for Jesus!
