pass inspection without too much expense of finding something wrong! I have an appt. tomorrow and pray also for strength for me to get it there and back....need gas in it and the prices have risen so high that I need a ramp for my car to reach the pumps and fill up with gas to make it anywhere and back again! :heh: Good thing it is not a gas guzzler like the bigger cars and SUVs!  Thank you all for your prayers! Thank you Lord for the smaller blessings in life as well as the larger ones! Amen!

Thank you everyone for your prayers and will let you know how things work out with God on my side and helping me in anyway that I need and even financially! Just need an auto to get me a few places but don't go a lot...so should last until provided with a different one in Jesus' wondrous and providing love! Amen! :) Ma Betty

Hi Ron, Well, I could probably drive a Hummer if I had to, as I have driven plenty of different autos, jeep and a 3/4 Ton Pickup with an 10-1/2 foot Open Road Camper on it in even snow, ice and very cold weather day and night...home and on vacatioin! I don't think the Hummer would be any more difficult to handle than the 1981 Ford Victoria LTD 4-door that had no power of any kind but mine! :bouncy: Gee, when that engine quit, she sure would only move by coasting, if I was where I was able to that is! :heh:   May God's mercy keep ya going and a grinning....and able to love and care for your daughter! Amen! Ma Betty

OOOOPS! Hi Ron, I guess I wasn't thinking too well last night, as I sure goofed on the autos.....it was the 1977 Mercury Monarch that didn't have any power and had a stick shift (I drove it for many years but gave it to my son-in-law, after I didn't have the strength to drive it any more and had trouble licensing it because of the Toyota being so much easier for me to drive and park!) The 1985 or 86 (not 1981) Ford Victoria was powered and easy to drive, although a big car, but had so much trouble with it like many other Fords that I had to practically give it away! The only car I have now is the 91 Toyota which my brother purchased for me in 2007 before he committed suicide because of deep, untreated depression! As long as it keeps running and passing inspection, I will probably be driving it until it is too old, or I am and/or too expensive to repair! I hope I am more fully awake with mind working better today, but haven't been up this early for awhile! May God Bless and keep on humming with or without a Hummer!  Ma Betty

Actually I'm just kidding with you. I wish you all the best no matter what car you drive you little speed demon you. !!!!! Happy Trails Ma. God Bless. PEACE:RONB

Well, Ron I know you were kidding and I can take it! :punch: As far as being a speed demon, that is one name I've never been called....but Slowpoke, Yes! Everyone passes me when they see an old lady behind the wheel no matter what speed I am travelling...they just seem to not want to stay behind me! They hurry by and then I catch up with them at the next redlight or traffic jam! ;) Sooner or later though, I know I will have to give up driving, if I live long enough! I praise the Lord that I am able to do what I can, for many my age or either too sick or crippled or bed-ridden! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
