Hello everyone! Sure hope all are safe after all the storms, tornadoes and etc. We are okay....

here, but tornado hit Caulfield, Mo in the southern part of the state, 8 highschool students killed when their school was hit hard, I think in Alabama.

Lots of the white stuff in the Northeast with blizzard conditions and flooding in other places, so I truly hope our brothers and sisters are all okay and out of harms way!

March 1st came in like a Lion with its fangs bared...lots of strong wind and dropped in temp in just a few hours, so winter isn't over as yet! But be of good courage, Spring is on its way...but I hope it stays awhile and Summer doesn't come so quickly with its heat and dryness! Hopefully March will go out like a lamb with April Showers bringing May Flowers! :D:

God Bless!

almost blizzard conditions all day and night, with icy and drifted conditions. Provided some work though! :)

The storm went around us and we didn't get the severe storms that were predicted.

we didn't even make it half way there. We were driving in a white out. I had to keep my head out the window to tell Sherry to go right or left to keep near the markers along the right side of the highway. We were doing 25mph and that was too fast for the conditions.

We finally made it to a gas station and took refuge with others who got off the road til the visibility got better. About an hour later we headed back home and called to postpone the doc appt.

Spent the last couple days blowing snow here and for a couple neighbors. Raked snow off the edges of the roof - don't need any ice dams forming on the roof.

The power Thursday night fluctuated lots of times but we kept power - thank God. (Not like we can haul all our birds and dogs to a hotel or motel around here). Its still snowing. I guess I am glad for the snow as it will replenish our water supply (well water).

Oh well we are all safe. Just hoping now we can get our van back - see my above post "Good Day".

I am glad others did well through the storms.

Thank you God for watching over us all.
