Hello from Manchester, Connecticut

Welcome from lower N.Y. state!! I'm not sure about this forum because most folks don't have their locations listed on their pages, but there are a lot of CT hunters on one of the other sites. Hopefully you'll find someone near to you. Meantime just go out and try the new detector, and practice digging neat holes and filling them back so the soil looks like it hasn't been disturbed. Try your own yard, the yards of family and friends. It takes some practice to learn all the things your machine is telling you, and there will be much junk to dig as you learn, and if you're lucky cool coins, jewelry, and relics.

It takes practice, practice and then some more practice. Best advice I can give is read the forums, watch U-Tube videos and get out with the machine and see what you can find. The more you learn the more and better the finds. Happy Hunting RM2.
