Yes, Praise God for A/Cs and fans....for it sure would be terrible without them, as it was very hot in 1954 and also 1964 and no A/C, as our house only had one large window fan and I I worked in the Shipping Department and we also went on vacation in 1964 to Yellowstone National Park and when we got back all the yards were brown from the heat and many, many people were lining up at the Ice Houses for blocks of ice....Now those were the good ole days! 
And probably will be hotter here in my area also but 'twill be hotter in Hell...Selah...means Think about it and if ya don't know Jesus then be saved today, for He is the only way to not be cast into the Lake of Fire! Amen!
Hey, Mike good time to hit the water and swim while detecting to cool off! Ya need an underwater detector though!
Try to stay cooler everyone...we don't need any heat exhaustion or strokes to tend with!
