Help...how do I get that box with the icons in it moved over to the side of the screen....something happened ..and the box moved over

from the right side of the screen to the left , and now it obliterates the place where I am typing from;

I want to move this box back to the far right out of the way where it has always been.

I right clicked on the open icon box, but it won't slide it over.

Anybody can advise me ?
