Mr. Bill!
Someone stoled my Modified Classic IDX out of my car. <img src="/metal/html/cry.gif" border=0 width=40 height=15 alt=":cry">
I got it used and was wondering if you keep customers names on file along with the serial numbers of the units you work on. If I give you a name of who I think owned it could you do that for me? <img src="/metal/html/confused.gif" border=0 width=15 height=22 alt=":?">

I have no serial numbers recorded. Just the customers name.
Sorry.
Mr. Bill

If you were original owner and filed warranty, call factory, or know name of original owner.

I have no idea if the detectors I do are from original owners, and have a warranty.
There is no such need to record, and keep such records.
Mr. Bill

There is now. <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">

Not for me it isn't. I just don't feel it's neccesary for me to maintain such records.
I'm not a White's dealer, and for the work done I have no need for this infomation in a data base.
