Help with Coils

Hi everyone, i only have the 9LF Black coil.im looking at getting another but cant come to a conclusion on which would suit me better benefit wise.
X35 9 would obsolete my 9LF
x35 11 more coverage, less seperation,But how much less compared to 9,with the gaining of the 20+khz? ive never used any frequency higher than 18,
9 HF(white) gaining 2 frequencys vs the x35. 14,54? gaining 3 freqs vs 9LF 14,28,54
how much difference is the Deus running in say 12khz vs 14khz in the same program?
i understand the x35 says 35 freqs but how much noticable difference is there on the wide offsets e.g. 7.1 to 8.4?
im leaning more towards the X35 11,but not sure what seperation is like?
i seen in calabashs video that the X35 is very stable in his yard, even at sensitivity 97
would appreciate any suggestions and opinions, maybe im looking at this all wrong? im sure im making it more complicated than it needs to be lol
i hunt basically anywhere i can get permission, fields, woods, parks, yards
Thanks GL&HH!!!

IMHO...I had a similar situation as you and I opted to buy the 9" round HF coil and never once regretted it. Getting into the higher frequencies has really helped my scores with relics as well as coins. For some reason that 28kHz works so well for me. It makes my Deus seem like another metal detector. Plus...I like the white color over the black. Hope this helps you decide.

I seldom use 54kHz...maybe once or twice at a tot lot. 28kHz suits most all my needs for now...but it is nice to know the higher frequency is there.

If your hunting modern trash much I would go with the X35.

went with the 9"X35 coil, just went and got it yesterday, was just out in my yard running Calabash's Relic and Pitch Programs in 25.4,loving it so far, saving up for an 11"X35 now. Thanks for the replies everyone!

Does anyone run the 4kkHz on the X35? I like it on the LF if you just want to coin hunt cuz you can norm off and really tune out a lot of the junk. However the 4kHz is really chatty on the LF. thanks

I have the 9 inch LF and the 11 inch X35 coils. Now I am wondering if it is worth it to get either the 9 inch X35 or HF coils?

I would appreciate hearing from someone who has both 9" and 11" coils and how they compare using either Gary's or Calabash Diggers pitch programs. If they are close I will just stay with what I have.
