Help with my headphones

Kirk

New member
My Excalibur is about 4 years old and it is starting to show it's age. First the arm cuff snapped, then the knobs started to break off.
My current problem is the wires where they enter the outside of my headphone have lost their insulation and are starting to break off. I have the blue headphones. Is this something I can fix or do I have send off to Minelab to have them fix it.

Thanks,
Kirk

Perhaps you could repair the unit, but I would not try it. If it were mine, I would send it to Vegas and at least describe all the issues in a letter and ask for an estimate, before repairs are performed. It may surprise you how reasonable it would be to get things tip-top. Then you would have a, "like new" performing unit, savvy?
