Help with xy screen

Hey folks
So I'm trying to access the xy screen in my Gary's hot and sifter program.
I went into options, same time pinpoint and + button push but the advanced screen doesn't populate?
I tried it in deus fast auto program to.. nada. Any help?

I'm running v 4.0

Bought new last week.
