HELPFUL HINT BORROWED FROM FELLOW HUNTER BLACK DAVY

Protect your loop connectors to keep them free of sand etc. by stretching small water balloons over the end, nut and all. They cost about a buck a 100 at "The Dollar Store"!!

I found it easy to get them on if you slip the jaws (3" or longer) pair of needle nose pliers into the tiny opening and spread them (gently) to enlarge the opening for easily slipping the balloon over the connector.

Even with my big old fingers, I can now get them on with no problem every time!!!
