Hit the lane around 6pm for 9pm low tide. - god was it ever hot here today

Mine was rufffff, worked zig zagging most of the way south and then straight coming back.

Ran into Va Beach Ron, Cmdr. Jim and then WesBeach and I saw Bobby Scott talking to Ron.-------------just before my exit point, I run into Norm and Jason, they were headed south.--------------------now some of the guys from the lane have given WesBeach a new lane name---------------I told him today - UNDERDOG - I got some nice shots of Underdog in the mine today

I had to laugh when I saw the photos. It didn't seem as bad as the photos make it out to be. I figured if the swimmers out there can take the waves, I could give it a try too. The photos didn't show it, but at times, I was hanging on horizontally to my dug-in scoop as a wave tried to wash me into shore. I ended up with 2 pairs of eyeglasses with clip-on sunglasses attached and 1 pair of sunglasses for my efforts before my battery died.

wondering if say maybe 20lbs of dive weights would work better

low tide tim has some, i may give them a try,problem being - when do u know what day it is going to be nice .............do not want to carry extra weight around

many times the waves will wash u away from your scoop sticking up and u have to go and find it or at least i do.

gold is not come by easily is it..................the mine in the ocean and the mine in the dirt is hard going for sure.
